Building the Mobile Notary Platform That Should Already Exist

Launched October 2025 • Expanding Nationwide

A Quick Note from Sean

Hey, I'm Sean Francisco - founder, developer, designer, and chief bottle washer around here. By day I'm a creative and technical writer, but I built Mobile Notary Agents because this platform needed to exist and nobody else was doing it right. The mobile notary industry is fragmented, customers can't find reliable service, and notaries struggle to find consistent work. That's a solvable problem. So I'm solving it.

I'm building this solo right now, doing everything from writing code to designing pages to handling compliance research. It's intense, but it's working. If you want to chat about the platform, share feedback, or just say hi, I'm easy to reach on Facebook. This thing is just getting started, and I'm here for all of it.

The Problem We're Solving

The mobile notary industry is fragmented. When you need a notary at your home, hospital, or office, you're stuck calling individual notaries from Google searches, hoping they're available, wondering if they're legitimate, and having no idea what you'll pay until they arrive.

Meanwhile, licensed notaries struggle to find consistent work. They rely on word-of-mouth and expensive advertising with no guarantee of appointments.

This is a marketplace problem. And marketplaces need platforms.

What We're Building

Mobile Notary Agents is a technology platform connecting customers who need mobile notary services with verified, licensed notaries in their area. Simple concept. Complex execution.

For Customers

Transparent pricing, real-time availability, verified credentials, tracked service, and reliable professionals at your location in 60 minutes or less.

For Notaries

Consistent work flow, flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, instant payment, and a professional platform that handles everything except the notarization itself.

Where We Are Today

Launched: October 2025

Current Status: We're early stage and we're not hiding it. The platform works. Payments process. Bookings happen. Notaries are verified. But we're still building the network, refining the experience, and proving the model works.

Initial Markets: We're starting strategically in the five largest markets for mobile notary services:

🌴
California
Active Launch
🌊
Florida
Active Launch
Texas
Active Launch
🗽
New York
Active Launch
🍑
Georgia
Active Launch

The Plan: Prove the model in these five states, then expand methodically to all 50 states. Each market requires state-specific compliance, notary recruitment, and operational refinement. We're doing this right, not fast.

Why This Matters

Notarization isn't optional for major life events. Real estate closings. Medical directives. Powers of attorney. Estate planning. Business agreements. These are high-stakes, time-sensitive documents that require a licensed professional.

When someone needs a mobile notary, it's because:

  • Their parent is in the hospital and needs to sign a medical POA
  • They're closing on a house at 7pm and the title company needs signatures
  • They're elderly and can't travel to a notary's office
  • They need documents notarized after business hours
  • They have a legal deadline and can't wait

These aren't convenience requests. These are urgent needs. And right now, the process of finding a mobile notary is unnecessarily difficult.

We're fixing that.

What We Stand For

Verification First

Every notary on our platform is state-licensed, background-checked, insured, and credential-verified. No exceptions. We show you their commission number so you can verify it yourself with your state's notary division.

Transparent Pricing

You see the total cost before booking. Base fee + travel + additional signatures + time premium (if applicable) = your total. No surprises. No hidden fees. No games.

Fair Compensation

Notaries earn 70-85% of the service fee depending on volume. We take the rest to run the platform, handle payments, provide insurance, and manage compliance. This is sustainable for everyone.

State Compliance

Every state has different notary laws. We maintain compliance with all state regulations, keep notaries informed of rule changes, and ensure our platform meets legal requirements.

Quality Over Growth

We could scale faster if we cut corners. We won't. Every notary is thoroughly vetted. Every state rollout is carefully planned. Growth is important, but doing this right matters more.

Who's Building This

The Reality: Right now, this is a solo founder operation. One person saw the gap in the market and built the platform to fill it.

The Team We're Building: As we scale, we're bringing on state compliance directors (legal experts who understand notary law), customer support specialists, and operations managers. We're hiring notaries in every market. And we're building partnerships with title companies, law firms, and healthcare facilities.

Why This Matters: Transparency builds trust. You're not dealing with a faceless corporation. You're working with a platform that's being built from the ground up with intention, care, and commitment to getting it right.

Be Part of This

We're building the mobile notary platform that should already exist. If you need a notary, book through us. If you're a notary, join our network. If you believe in what we're doing, spread the word.

This is just the beginning.
